Finding a reliable source for HVAC equipment online can be daunting. Some don't take credit cards on secure sites, some don't consistently answer the phone, some don't accurately update their sites to reflect current inventory, and some have vague or confusing customer guarantees.
My experience with E-comfort had none of those issues. Their telephone customer service was prompt and informative. They followed up as they promised. They handled the transaction with skill and efficiency. My equipment arrived in perfect condition a day earlier than I expected and the shipping company was exceptionally professional in their customer care.
I have two more mini splits to add to my house and its 'comforting' to know I have a good supply source.

Needed to replace a failed indirect-fired hot water tank and only one local supplier woudl sell directly to me, and they wanted $200 more than e-comfortusa + I'd have to pay sales tax locally. That was worth waiting the 6 or 7 business days it took to arrive (shipped about 1.5 days after the order was placed, delivery took 5 business days). The e-comfortusa folks were quick to return calls and e-mails on the status of the order, and the unit arrived undamaged (though the box had a hole knocked in it near the corner, but it was shipped across country, so...).
All in all, I'd order from these folks again.

I ordered the Purefire PF - 80 in July of 2010. The boiler arrived when they said it would, in perfect condition! I had replaced a 50 year boiler with this one and I'm so happy with the results. Comfort Holdings was wonderful to work with! I am saving over $100.00 a month on natural gas to heat my home. I live in Green Bay, Wisconsin and winters are very cold. My house is a ranch 1125 sq ft without insulation in the walls, the boiler kept the house at 68 degress.
