For nearly three decades, tekmar has been providing zoning and control solutions for a variety of heating and cooling applications. Products made by tekmar can improve the efficiency and comfort delivered by almost any system. Their 275 Boiler Control allows you to manage four boilers and preserve a single target water temperature in a hydronic system. It is also equipped to operate a system pump, a second system pump or DHW pump, and four boiler pumps. This unit also provides setpoint control, and DHW control is available if setpoint control and the second system pump relay are not in use. Whether you are using it in a stand-alone capacity or as a part of a tekmarNet network, the 275 Boiler Control possesses several energy saving features, including outdoor temperature reset, to make you system more economical.

Intelligent Boiler Rotation
The tekmar 275 allows boilers to be assigned to a boiler group depending on their features and efficiency. This control can be set to operate the most efficient boiler groups as the primary source of heat to maximize the efficiency of the system.
The 275 will also rotate the boilers within these groups to distribute total operation time and wear on the boilers equally.
Warm Weather Shutdown
A warm weather shut down temperature may be programmed to prevent your system from running when it in unnecessary or untenable.
Synchronize Your Zones, Save Energy
The 275 allows your tekmarNet 4 thermostats to communicate with each other. Communication means that your thermostats can synchronize their cycles, when possible, instead of operating independently.
Intelligent Control
By monitoring system and outdoor temperatures, the tekmar 275 is able to make intelligent decisions. This includes adjusting supply temperatures based on outdoor conditions and maintaining a minimum return water temperature.
With the wide variety of operating modes and equipment it supports, the tekmar 275 is sure to make your system operate more efficiently, without sacrificing comfort.
Proportional, Integral, Derivative (PID) Staging Mode
In PID mode, an advanced algorithm weighs many variables, including sensor temperatures, when making operation decisions. PID reduces short-cycling, improves efficiency, and prevents temperature drops in your system.
Program Your Ideal Schedule
This control allows you to define time periods when your building is unoccupied and the water temperature may be reduced. This control supports the following setback schedule formats: 24 hours, seven day, weekday/weekend, and Saturday/Sunday/weekday.
You may schedule two or four events per day. If you connect the 275 to a tekmarNet system your schedule can be maintained independently, or it can be applied to tekmarNet thermostats as a master schedule.
