- The AH12 includes a wall case and window kit for either type of installation. A slide-out chassis allows for simple installation and service accessibility.
- Heating and Cooling
- Unlike most through-the-wall air conditioners, the AH12 is a heat pump that provides both heating and cooling operation. The AH12 also features electric heating for lower heat applications.
- Three Speed Fan
- Adjust the settings to cater to your needs by choosing between 3 separate fan speeds to find the best air output and noise levels.
- Wireless Remote Included
- There's no need to get up and walk across the room to change the temperature or settings. The AH12 comes with a wireless remote to easily switch between modes and adjust the set temperature.
- Multi-Directional Airflow
- The AH12 features multi-directional airflow to allow for heating or cooling to any part of the room. The AH12 also features an automatic swing mode so you won't have to adjust the air direction each time.
- Slide-Out Filter
- The AH12 includes an easily accessible front slide-out filter that can be cleaned and used throughout the life of the heat pump.
- Hydrophilic Coated Coils

I've had the unit for about 2 mo.(got unit in AUG) I live in Georgia and have not used the reverse cycle heat yet. A/C works great I'm using the unit in a 960SQFT all electric Mobile Home, Aug was 95-98 for 25 days in the month, electric bill was $120, Sept was $117. Looking forward to heat cycle to compare with last years bill.

I have a 48 by 28 shop behind our house it is insulated but have a double door and single garage door that are insulated also and this unit mounted through the back wall we'll keep the shop air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter sometimes I just keep it at 40 degrees in the winter if we're on vacation or something same thing in the summer I'll just keep it at 80 degrees maintains that well barely runs it's an amazing product this is my second one identical unit under a different name previous lasted 10 years rubber bushing went out in the fan on the outside and tore up the fan bearing would highly recommend it
