Features
- Three-Pass Heat Exchanger
- The three-pass heat exchanger included with the G215 allows the water to be heated three separate times, allowing a higher water temperature to be maintained throughout the system while improving heating efficiency.
- Fully Thermally Insulated
- The G215 boiler is encased by three inches of thermal insulation, keeping generated heat inside the boiler during downtime and preventing heat loss during uptime.
- Ideal for New Installations or Renovations
- The G215 boiler is ideal for both new construction and renovations of aged housing due to its adaptive heat exchanger and optimal connection placement.
- Flexible Cast Iron
- The heat exchanger of the Buderus G215 boiler is made of patented flexible cast iron, allowing the boiler to resist even the most punishing thermal shock.
The Buderus G215 oil boiler is a complete home oil heating solution that works equally well in both new construction and renovations of existing buildings. The three pass heat exchanger extracts every last possible BTU of heat energy out of the oil supply, resulting in higher efficiencies across the board. The flexible cast iron included in the boiler's construction, giving the boiler fantastic resistance to thermal shock. Combined with its installation versatility and optimal connection placements, the G215 is a boiler package that will last your home for many years to come.
Product Note
The boiler has an optional Logamatic R2107 that can be purchased separately as an accessory and be mounted onto the top of the boiler.

Fuel Type
Fuel Type
To create heat, some form of fuel is required. Fuel Type specifies what the product uses as an input to create heat.
Oil
Combustion Type
Combustion Type
Condensing appliances use leftover thermal energy from combustion gases to heat water in a secondary heat exchanger, resulting in higher efficiency and lower exhaust temperature.
Conventional
Vent Type
Vent Type
Products that use combustion (burning) of fuel to create heat also create potentially dangerous gasses that need to be exhausted (AKA "Vented"). Depending on the product, venting can be done via a chimney, through a side wall, or use a second vent to provide fresh air to the appliance.
Chimney Vent
DHW Production
DHW Production
DHW (Domestic Hot Water) is potable water for uses other than space heat. Some boilers are able to provide DHW "out of the box", while others can do so with the purchase of optional accessories.
