I believe Daikin makes the best mini-splits. This is my second Daikin unit. I upgraded to an 18K and man, it made a difference. I keep turning the temperature up because it blows so cold. I don't need complicated designs or bells and whistles. I just want efficient cooling, easy maintenance, and reliability which Daiken gets right. eComfort had the best price and shipped it perfectly. The box wasn't beat up or damaged. Installation was a breeze. Daikin has a simple design that works. Will buy Daikin again if I ever need another unit. They're simply the best.

now with everyone working from home during the summer months, there was no way we could have lived without air conditioning. This unit is quiet, efficient, and cools down 3 rooms fast. I use the timer to turn it off at night and back on in the morning - there is no need to run it all night long because it works so quickly. The remote control is easy to use. And did I say quiet! I have to keep looking at the light to make sure it's running as you can't even hear it's on!
