Neither seen nor heard by residents or guests, the GE Zoneline® UltimateV12™ is an efficient cooling option, kept together in one internal unit with vertical airflow. Ideal for applications such as multifamily communities, high-end hotel rooms or assisted living facilities, the GE Zoneline® UltimateV12™ can be framed into a closet and remain unseen. The vertical design of the Zoneline® UltimateV12™ provides a simple ducting system, with one unit accommodating multiple rooms. To simplifying installation, the GE Zoneline® UltimateV12™ can be installed with the Insta-Platform™ and a wall plenum, both sold separately. These items will eliminate the need to have a customized platform built and save you time and money. The latest innovation in vertical air conditioners, inverter technology and adjustable speed makeup air deliver precise airflow for specific applications and exceptional efficiency and comfort. With features like Heat Sentinel, Freeze Sentinel, frost control and a defrost system, the GE Zoneline® UltimateV12™ Packaged Vertical Air Conditioner detects undesirable room temperatures and protects itself.
