We found this company easy to deal with and professional. We did have product issues with damaged transfer box but their system works. It does take some patience on your part but the company does the right thing.

I have not had it installed yet as the house is not complete yet. I have had two other Generac generators and both had been used during outages in excess of 7 days. Both worked without issue. I won’t own a house anymore without having a Generac.
