Good quality. An indoor only version would be welcomed if it had knockouts on the sides, top and bottom. Had to drill and punch for top access when installing in a garage between studs next to our existing panel.

We have not used this during power outage but electrician put it through the tests and it worked perfectly. I had the best electrician and gas installer in Burney. They are also very nice and honest people. They kept their prices to benefit both the home owner and themselves.

Yesterday, 1/09/20, electrician finished the installation of my 13kw, Generac generator with 100amp outdoor automatic transfer switch w/16 circuit load center. It started up immediately, transferred power load to generator. When test was finished, it transferred load back to home power panel. Maybe 15 secs between load switch. Very satisfied with generator at this time. I gave 4 put of 5 rating on satisfaction because lid of unit is a bit cockeyed. I will need to make some adjustments.

Would not recommend electric generators direct because of how sneaky they. When you order a generator package and it says it’s in stock it shouldn’t be out of stock after you order it. Customer service was horrible and rude. Will never buy from them again!

Our apologies that you had shipping delays with this transfer switch. Based on the notes in your order, the transfer switch was not in-stock when you originally placed your order. When an order is placed on our site for a backordered item, there is a checkbox that displays "I understand this product is on backorder with an estimated ship date of xx/xx/xx.". The only way you can checkout with this product is if you check the box. Unfortunately, Generac was experiencing extended lead times for products this fall which kept pushing the ship date back. Please understand that this was beyond our control and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
