I purchased this pump to replace a Grundfos pump that was 8 years old. The professional plumber had installed it incorrectly (follow the directions carefully when positioning the pump). It was very easy to replace and properly position the pump. It took less than an hour from start to finish. I am looking for a long life from this new pump.

Pump was installed on a hot water heater reculating line. The pump was a simple do it yourself project. Pump works great, is quiet and now have instant hot water at a long run faucet.

This pump works great to get hot water into your sinks quickly. It is quiet and has a built in timer. Great value as well, as most of the pumps in this category are $400+

Was ordering as a replacement for a pump that was no longer working. Took out the 4 screws and bolted the new pump right into the existing housing which worked like a charm. Warm water at the tap again. No complaints. Item was exactly as described and expected.

The pump required replacement because of residue buildup from pumping hot water throughout or home which caused it to malfunction. The pump itself was not worn out. It was an iron bodied type. A brass or stainless steel body would have lasted far longer.
