In 1980 I had a solar hot water system installed in our house. After 39 years the original Grundfos pump finally failed.....This pump is the replacement model I needed. After draining the system and removing the old pump, the new one fit in easily and did not require any.plumbing changes. After refilling the system the new pump ran perfectly and the system is back up and running. Another 39 years of service?

I purchased this pump to replace a Grundfos pump that was 8 years old. The professional plumber had installed it incorrectly (follow the directions carefully when positioning the pump). It was very easy to replace and properly position the pump. It took less than an hour from start to finish. I am looking for a long life from this new pump.
I was very surprised that the pump arrived two days after I ordered it. Quick delivery!

Pump was installed on a hot water heater reculating line. The pump was a simple do it yourself project. Pump works great, is quiet and now have instant hot water at a long run faucet.
