Infrared heating as a wide variety of uses, ranging from heating a restaurant porch to entire warehouses. InfraSave manufactures some of the best infrared heaters on the market, and their ITT line of heaters is no exception. Able to output 110,000 BTUs of heating power an hour, the InfraSave ITT-110/75-30 is perfect for heating environments with frequent heat fluctuation, as the two stage heating function allows for multiple levels of output. A variety of heating element lengths are available, ensuring that an optimal size can be found for whatever heating need one may have. The ITT Series Heater uses natural gas, with possible conversion to liquid propane gas depending on tube length and the burner used, ensuring depending on tube length and the burner used, ensuring that InfraSave heaters used at optimum efficiency can save anywhere from 35 to 50 percent on heating costs compared to other infrared heaters. For zone heating, it's hard to make a better choice than InfraSave.

I purchased this heater over a year ago, and shortly after installing it I had to call my local gas company to come look at it because it wouldn't stay lit. The fan would turn on and it ignited a spark, but the gas wouldn't flow because of a faulty air pressure sensor so I emailed ecomfort and they sent me a warranty form to fill out (3 years on all parts?) so I filled it out and sent it back never to be heard from again - never got any parts.
After a while of climbing up my ladder and resetting the pressure switch, it started to work again so I didn't follow up, well now its cold again and doing the same thing so I found my owners manual and called the company that actually makes it (schwank 877-446-3727) and talked to a nice southern girl who gave me the lady's email who is in charge of the north America customers
So I sent of a email telling of my problems with the heater never to get a reply. warranty my A** guess they don't have to if they don't seem to exist glad I waited a year to write a review.

That being said, I can't find any record of an email from you (with a warranty form or otherwise), and I don't see any phone call notes on your order. Looks like your claim never made it to us. Please call us at 866-554-4328 so we can help you get your unit back to working order!
