Water Doesnt Clean Toilet When Flushing

Water only hits certain parts of the toilet always leaving the toilet dirty from solid waste. Additionally we’ve had to have our plumber come out and completely take a part the mascerating area as it was completely clogged. Very loud which I expected but a toilet that costs $1300 should have water hit the entire bowl as well as not clog so easily/often

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your system. You may want to check that it has been installed correctly. Based on the troubleshooting information in the manual, If the toilet has an inadequate flush volume, possible blockage of the strainer basket, or improper venting. Please refer to page 15 of the manual.

I am a handy man on the side of my regular job. For one of my customers, I was asked if it was possible to put a bathroom in their finished basement, the sanitary line ran about 45" AFF. I purchased the Liberty Pump Ascent II ESW Toilet, Cut the sanitary line plumbed the toilet and ran an outlet to plug it in. I also put in a sink that drains into the Ascent II Reservoir and pumps out when needed. It was that easy, I had my doubts at first but I can see myself promoting this product to people that never thought they could have a basement bathroom.

This pump made the impossible possible. No jackhammer needed. Was able to use sump pump crock for p trap. Totally recommend this product.

Expensive however works great for what I needed. Only issue is a small pin hole at the back of the toilet base which leaks water when flushed. Not sure if the pin hole is intentional for air but if so, poor design results in a leak. I'll have to seal that hole to prevent constant water on the floor behind the toilet.

Not only is the toilet rather nice, the people here are awesome and where a big help while I was going mad trying to get my project done in time. About the only bad thing I can say about the unit is, it's loud, VERY loud!! but it's very quick (like under 10 seconds I'd say) but ya.. it's loud! but where you have no other choices, it works really well!!
