- By slowly adjusting the cooling set point and swinging the horizontal vanes, the MZ-HM indoor unit can improve the efficiency of cooling operations without compromising the comfort provided.
- Dehumidification
- When the indoor unit is run in dry mode, the coil's temperature stays just below the dew point of the return air, removing unwanted moisture. This improves comfort and reduces the chance of mold growth and other property damage in the conditioned space.
- Multiple Vane Control Options
- Auto mode selects the best vane position based on operating mode, and the swing modes cycle through all positions for maximum coverage. When wide mode is activated, fan speed increases beyond the current setting.
- Line Set - This double insulated tubing transfers refrigerant efficiently between your outdoor condenser and indoor units.
- Drain Tubing - Drain tubing facilitates the reliable and effective removal of condensate from your system. It connects your indoor units to drain locations of your choosing.
- Connecting Wire - This durable, insulated wire provides power to your indoor units from your outdoor condenser. Adding these accessories to your order will provide a complete, ready-to-install mini split system.

Split Air Unit For Garage

My 10 year old grand son and I work in my garage in Peoria, AZ in the summer. This unit is going to make it a pleasure to work with him this summer. It cools great and is very quiet. So far on a 100 degree day it doesn't even faze us. Best move I have made in a long time.

From the time I started until 100% complete installation took 2 weeks for a handy fella to install, albeit I work full time, family, meetings, and etc. I had a certified electrician and HVAC refer. professionals do their tests and inspections and the finial hook-ups. The only complaint is the hand held remote has zero back-lite and impossible to use in the dark, Bummer!
A truly satisfied customer with the entire processes, purchase, delivery, ease install, looks, quality, functionality, quietness, and entire home temperature control.
Been using it for a month this summer has been amazing and hopefully proves as amazing this winter. Buying one for my Mom and Aunt as time permits the best $3200 I spent in a long time, very satisfied.

Easy to install and so very quiet

I purchased this unit to to replace another 2 ton mini-split that I use in the garage. The service tech I called to look at my old mini-split recommended that I buy a Mitsubishi as they are very reliable. It was very easy to install since all the electrical and copper lines were already in place.
One nice feature is that the unit also does heat, which for being in Phoenix Arizona it does get down to the 30's sometimes and it is nice to be able to warm up the garage to work on my projects.
The service tech was amazed at how quiet the compressor and air handler is in this unit when running even at full fan. He indicated that he will be recommending this to other clients, and even said he wanted to buy one for his house.
I explained that when ordering through eComfort it was very easy, and even when I called their sales people were very knowledgeable and very helpful.
I would recommend this unit to anyone and call eComfort if you have any questions.

Unbelievable service from eComfort so far...
I ordered this unit on a Monday morning. Very skeptical with online orders for the amount of $$$. I’ve researched for months, if not a year on a unit to suit our needs. Then the hardest part in who to trust with an online purchase!
The customer service tech I spoke with was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable of my needs. We had an idea of what we wanted for our home/basement, and the tech was right on with a unit we were already considering... PERFECT!
If you made it this far? I was very impressed with the shipping. 2 days (Wednesday) have our order was here, halfway across the country. Granted the carrier has a lot to do with it. By Friday, the rest of our unit showed up. No special shipping, just plain old free shipping. WOW, that’s fast!
It took some time to get it installed, due to our contractors schedule, yet just in time for the cold weather to set in.
Registration with Mitsubishi was easy without any problems. (I called them first before we ordered) Hopefully we don’t have issues down the road? This model is quiet, heats our 900 sq ft family room with no problems in a matter of minutes. Very pleased!
My only complaint is when the room has reached the set temperature, the head unit fan continues to run at a mild speed. To my understanding, that’s the nature of a mini split .
If you’re looking for a system, an online retailer to order from, and/or good customer service and shipping, in my opinion you found it... The difficult problem is a contractor to install it, to with some homework and handy skills you could probably install it yourself? But remember, DIY comes with warranty issues..

All went well with installation with one major exception. The electrical cable sold in the installation kit was not long enough to connect to the compressor outdoors. The package sold is indicated as 15 feet of power line and 15 ft each of insulated 3/8" and 5/8" copper tubing. What the engineers didn't take in to consideration is that connections made to the PC board of the A/C unit is on the right side of the indoor unit. When the left side exit is taken out of the unit thru the wall, over 2 feet of the 15 feet of the power line going outside is consumed, thereby coming up 2 feet short of the compressor outside. The usable length of the electric cable then is ineffectively 2 feet shorter than the copper tubing.
