I was a bit concerned/apprehensive about buying a scratch and dent unit, but it was in great shape with only minor cosmetic dings and dents. I'm quite happy. This was a replacement for an earlier model which had controller board and solenoid (and maybe other parts) blown up by lightning. Replacing that with this scratch and dent ended up cheaper and less hassle than repairing the old unit.

Arrived promptly and in good order. Easy installation for a professional who said, "Nice unit this is the smallest one I have installed." Fired right up and maintains the intended space at the right temperature. Don't forget to plan for condensation!

Very pleased with unit....Replaced a 6 mo. old Gree unit because I couldn't stand its noise....this unit is extremely quite....the ability to adjust the airflow is great....I am disappointed with the 800 number at Mitsubishi...they never return your calls....the service at ecomfort is first rate
