We replaced a 12,000 BTU Freidrich split A/C that wasn't able to cool a large (1200 sq. ft.) room, especially in 90 degree weather. The Mitusbishi 18,000 BTU unit has no problem doing the job and runs very quietly on the lowest fan setting (which is all we've needed so far). Very pleased with the purchase!

This unit is virtually silent except for the highest fan setting. Installed it in my living room and there is no need to turn up the TV volume when it’s running. It cools the entire first floor. I would definitely buy again and again.

Fantastic. I lived in my old house for 25 years without air conditioning, and now I am kicking myself. Why did we wait so long to put in the Mitsubishi mini-split? There is NO COMPARISON between this and the window unit AC we used to have.

Can never go wrong with a mitsubishi system, especially at the price ecomfort was offering. Bought the system for a family room/kitchen area, about 800sq ft. Sizing was perfect(15K btu's) and cools most of the lower floor of the home! Super quiet and easy to install. Delivery was on time and driver brought the unit across a street and placed it in the garage for us. Great experience all around.

This is the second Mitsubishi unit that I purchased from eComfort and very pleased with the fast service and help I received.I have 35 by 45 shop and am very happy with the ease of install the quality of this unit. Did have to call A/C people to do the vacuum but other then that not a problem. Already had 100 degree temps and now I stay cool. Thanks eComfort

Very quiet and very efficient with great warranty. Also easy to remove filters for cleaning and attractive wall unit. Downside: remote thermostat will not shut off unit upon reaching desired air temperature. Keeps on circulating the air which is okay but greatly increased times filters need cleaning. Also internet control requires unattractive attachment to the wall unit and a Kumo Station.
