My water has never had a problem for 12 years till we found out we were supposed to flush the system every year so I replaced it just to be safe. In laws have a different brand and numerous problems with theirs.

I installed this unit myself and it was quite simple and straightforward, I have had tankless units before and I love them, no more waiting for hot water to reheat after the whole family showers. My only complaint is it seems a touch loud, I can hear it thru the shower, more like a vibration type noise, not really an issue.

Needed to replace a leaky unit. Found this unit, exact replacement with EComfort. This made it an easy replacement with out any initial set up was ready to go to work. The price was very good in comparison to other locations and they even offered free delivery and very prompt. Would recommend EComfort to anyone looking for a Tankless Water Heater.
