Replaced our two Noritz units that were 12 years old with this model. We have two units connected together and we never run out of water. Seems to be much faster to get hot water to the faucet with this model. Common venting is a huge plus! Also connected wireless adapter to monitor unit. LOVE IT!

A Purchase I'm Very Happy With...

I recently purchased a new home that had a 17 year old Noritz tankless water heater. Though I was bummed that two months after my home purchase the Noritz tankless heater started having issues, prior to determining it had to be replaced I went through a couple of steps with Noritz technical support that first pointed to a repair the could have revived the heater. That repair ultimately cost $150 in parts and labor and did not take care of the issue, but I wanted to try the $150 repair before I spent $2,000 on a complete replacement.
Unfortunately the repair didn't make the difference, but I was very impressed with the support team. And when I spoke to my plumber and mentioned numerous heaters I had been researching, he told me that in his experience I couldn't go wrong with Noritz.
So far, so good. My home is fairly large (3,000 sf) and we were finding that getting hot water to the furthest point (the master bedroom) often took five minutes. So I added to my system a Noritz crossover valve. The cost was minimal, and we are finding now that we can get hot water in 30 seconds. Overall we are very happy with the purchase!
