- In order to maintain its warranty, your Oxbox equipment must be installed by a contractor. You will need to provide proof of installation before using your warranty.
- NOTE: Due to DOE regulations, as of January 1st this unit can no longer be installed in the southwest and southeast DOE regions. As of December 9th, 2022, we will no longer be selling 14 SEER and 16 SEER unitary products to the DOE Southern Region to comply with updated SEER2 Federal Regulations.
