The Best Smart Vent.

I am so happy that I had researched and waited on the waiting list to have the best.
My house in Novi, Michigan.
I had noticed that there was condensation or icicle on my roof decking in attic last winter.
I installed 2 powered vents and they are working great. Lucky I did not buy solar one because I read 1 lady says that she replaced her old solar one with this Smart 110v fan.
Solar one won’t run when no sun in winter or at night when humidity can be 70% as of now 11/30/22 at noon.
I am thinking about buying more for my daughter’s house and investment rental house too.

Easy to install but wish you could set up without Bluetooth option. Very quiet when running. My customer was very happy with product and install.

Put 2 in my wife’s dog grooming shop to control the heat from the dryers we had tried everything.
They were the solution. Worked so good bought one for my home immediately could tell the difference recommend all day long.

Fan Is Lowering The Attic Temp 20-25 Degrees

Runs about 12 hours a day at 80 degrees in attic or more and is cooling the attic in Michigan in August. Maximum attic temperature over the week since installation is 109. So far 20-25 degrees less than before the fan. Used a GOVEE to measure temperature and humidity in the attic and collect data over time. blue tooth, temperature, and humidity sensor have an short cord which may be difficult to access in the attic. Pair Bluetooth before it is installed in the attic. Would be nice if it was WIFI and recorded data over time eliminating the need for a separate GOVEE device. App works fine. Flange is flimsy but works. Tech support at eComfort is great. I called several times and got Kevin and he helped me every time. Fan lives up to expectations and I would recommend it though intake venting guidance is very general. I put 12 intake vents for a 2,200 square foot ranch with attached garage and hip roof. I probably should have put more to get the fan to run in medium mode most of the time instead of half time in medium and half time in high. You can hear the fan, but it is quieter than my refrigerator when it is running on high.

Keeps your attic within 10-20 degrees from outside. Definitely can tell the difference with ac usage. I don't know why every house does not have one!

Love the phone app. Was a bit a skeptical of how this was going to work but it is fantastic. No problem connecting even on my first floor. The preset on off hi low med are perfect can also customize but don’t see the need. 2nd floor running much cooler especially in the afternoon when the sun beats on the western side. Installation was easy ran an outlet to the area cut in the hole. Fan connected to the blue tooth and off we go. Would definitely recommend this for a hot attic space.
