Reznor UDAP-100 Gas Fired Unit Heater is a 115 volt, gas fired unit heater designed to provide efficient heating. Reznor UDAP-100 uses a single burner combustion system to provide a 870,000 BTU/hr. output with an 82-83% thermal efficiency. UDAP-100 provides a 50-60 F rise range. UDAP models use an integrated circuit board with diagnostic indicator lights to control heater operation. External gas connection allows for easy gas service connection. Reznor UDAP-100 can be suspended from either 2 or 4 suspension points or ceiling mounted with an optional hanger kit. UDAP-100 provides improved efficiency and easier installation over previous Reznor models.

I debated about one of the less expensive brands but went with the Reznor because of the recommendation of my contractor. I live in Minnesota and if you walk into any big warehouse around here they are running a Reznor.it was -20 last week and even though we don’t have insulation yet in the 1100 sq ft garage, this unit kept the space a comfy 65 degrees with little or no effort.

We just finished up our framing its the dead of winter with the wind chill below no wall insulation just plywood why not work like a gentleman for the rough in’s to the finishes The heat is immediate, constant and comfortable will heat a large Uninsulated area fast! Much better than small propane heaters or Kerosene salamanders to burn thru fuel and brain cells. It’s a light enough unit to move to other floors or areas if need be just a b-vent power supply and gas

Received product on time with a lift gate and the driver wheeled it in to the garage via pallet jack installed unit with rented drywall lift plumed in vent gas and electrical and it was a done deal set thermostat and the unit runs about once every hour and a half couldn’t be happier only issue to work on is the luvers vibrate on pre heat cycle
