Reznor UDAP-200 Gas Fired Unit Heater is a 115 volt, gas fired unit heater designed to provide efficient heating. Reznor UDAP-200 uses a single burner combustion system to provide a 166,000 BTU/hr. output with an 82-83% thermal efficiency. UDAP-200 provides a 50-60 F rise range. UDAP models use an integrated circuit board with diagnostic indicator lights to control heater operation. External gas connection allows for easy gas service connection. Reznor UDAP-200 can be suspended from either 2 or 4 suspension points or ceiling mounted with an optional hanger kit. UDAP-200 provides improved efficiency and easier installation over previous Reznor models.

Installation was not difficult. Instructions for hook up were clear. This furnace roared to life and blasted the heat just as we needed for our greenhouse!

Installed in a 45’ x 50’ building with good insulation. Roof height is about 22’ at the peak so lots of air volume. I have no regrets I could have maybe ordered a slightly lower BTU heater but so far everything is working great.

Exceeded expectations after it was installed, which, by the way was very easy to do because it was lighter than any other heaters in its class. The C.F.M. Output on the fan motor is astronomical. It really thrust the heat out with great force. I have an odd shaped garage, a 15’ wide x 45’ deep and set it up halfway into the 45 mark and heated the whole garage relatively fast. To put icing on the cake it is super quiet. The ol’ adage you get what you pay for especially holds true when it comes to garage heaters. Reznor is known throughout the commercial industry as being very, very dependable. Believe me, I did my homework on this one. You WON’T be disappointed with a Reznor garage heater
