I was looking for a good tankless water heater to replace my existing conventional water heater. This unit had the best features for the best price. There are a lot of options when it comes to tankless water heaters. I have had good luck with Rheem products. The conventional water heater I was replacing was a 13 year old Rheem that was still going strong. It was a shame to take it out operation but I wanted the direct vent and efficiency of the tankless. Now I can remove the stack to the roof and make room for additional closet space and solar panels!

Best tankless

I have a big property up on the north coast of California in Anchor Bay right on the ocean . I have two guest houses and a spa house with a Rheem tankless on each . Everything rots out there quick especially if there is metal involved. They are all going strong after 12years . So I just purchased two more for my main house and guest house in Orinda ca. Love them ‼️
