WarmWire kits include everything you need for a quick and simple floor warming installation including a SunStat® Command, 7-day programmable thermostat. Constructed with oxygen-free copper heating elements for flexibility and durability, the kit installs beneath and warms tile, stone, and laminate flooring. This 240 volt unit is designed with high temperature thermoplastic insulation, making it corrosion resistant. In fact, the 240300WD-KIT is so durable that it comes with a 25 year limited warranty.

I have SunTouch WarmWire in all the tiled areas of my upstairs, and they were straightforward to install and warm the floors evenly when coupled with the SunTouch thermostats. I got this additional WarmWire for my basement bathroom, and expect the same from it. While not quite as easy to install as the preformed mats, it is at a much more reasonable price point, and makes having warm floors a no-brainer.

These kits are the way to go. Ours was missing the relay.... but eComfort fixed it painlessly.

The SunTouch kit that I ordered has not yet been installed, so the performance rating is included here only because it was required to complete this review. I was very pleased however to find this kit containing the exact amount of wire, my preferred thermostat, and other components at a very good price. The delivery from e-comfort was excellent.
