Wonderful idea to keep house hot water hot

This product fills a need to keep water hot in the home piping system. It determines usage times and runs the pump to purge the cold water lying in the house pipes so it's hot when you want it hot.
Energy savings is not known yet certainly running the hot water through the house plumbing when not in use will increase power consumption. This system will be much better than continuously running the pump.

It took 100 seconds to get warm water to bathroom sink. Sink was full, water just warm from the faucet. After installing SmartPlus, hot water in under 10 seconds.
