This unit works great, seems to be quality and is priced right
By Dean M.

This was an easy choice when replacing our 15+ year old direct vent tank unit. Same price or cheaper. Takes up less space and easy to install. Screw it to a wall and make your water and gas connections. The hardest part is running at 3" PVC line out a sidewall.

I purchased a Takagi tankless water heater 4 years ago and just purchased a second one for our lake home! Absolutely the best value for the money you can buy! Stop thinking about making the switch and do it! Unlimited supply of hot water when you need it. I will only buy a Takagi tankless water heater from now on!

Awesome in northern climate
By Scott D
Green Bay, Wisconsin
Purchased 11/09/2017 |
Review Posted 12/19/2018
I was worried it wouldn't be able to give me the 85 degree temperature difference I was looking for in a tank-less water heater but it takes 40 degree lake Michigan water and raises it to 125 with no issues. I tried to find the point it couldn't maintain temperature but even when it's coldest in January and February it holds the temperature when using both our showers, the dish washer, and laundry machine. I am very impressed.
