  • The T-H3-DV-N features the latest in water heating condensing technology. This means that the unit can deliver some of the highest efficiency standards on the market, keeping dollars in your pocket.
  • Ultra-Low NOx Emissions
  • The T-H3-DV-N is designed to qualify for the most stringent Low NOx standards. This includes SCAQMD standards and other air quality management districts meant to limit pollution in the southwest United States.
  • Dual Heat Exchangers
  • The primary exchanger is made of commercial-grade HRS35 copper, designed to be more resilient against corrosion. The backup is made of stainless steel, also designed to protect against corrosion.
  • Multiple Safety Features
  • T-H3 models come with a long list of safety features standard. These include: an air-fuel ratio sensor, exhaust and water temperature safety controls, an overheat cut-off fuse, and an internal freeze protection system.
  • Installation and Control Options
  • The T-H3 models come with an Easy-Link feature allowing up to four units to be connected without any additional parts or accessories. All T-H3-DV units also come with a built-in temperature control and advanced diagnostics to simplify troubleshooting.
