Installation was easy. I replaced a standing 50 gallon gas water heater with this tankless gas unit. Other than having to install a electrical receptacle, extend the gas and both water lines and make sure it was vented properly nothing was a surprise. Follow the manual and it could be a DYI project.

This unit works great, seems to be quality and is priced right

This was an easy choice when replacing our 15+ year old direct vent tank unit. Same price or cheaper. Takes up less space and easy to install. Screw it to a wall and make your water and gas connections. The hardest part is running at 3" PVC line out a sidewall.
