I looked at so many tankless hot water heaters. I chose the Takagi as it met my needs including price.
I'm renovating my master bathroom so perhaps a bit soon to review - but so far, very pleased with my choice

Purchase Of Takagi TK-310U-E-N Gas Heater
By Harini B
ROUND ROCK, Texas

Review Posted 03/18/2021
I has booked the above-mentioned gas-based heater which has been dispatched immediately after purchase which is very surprising considering the post-snow storm scenario when everything was paralyzed in Texas and other neighboring states. Hats off to eComfort efficiency.

I bought this model of Takagi water heater to replace my Takagi Junior which I figure is about 15 years old. I was so impressed at how long the first heater laster - without any service! I am hoping to having equally good luck with this newer model!

The old Takagi water heaters were the best, but this new one is better and cost less! We moved to another house and put one here too. The old water heaters are still working very well.

This unit works great, seems to be quality and is priced right

This was an easy choice when replacing our 15+ year old direct vent tank unit. Same price or cheaper. Takes up less space and easy to install. Screw it to a wall and make your water and gas connections. The hardest part is running at 3" PVC line out a sidewall.
