The polymerized energy recovery wheel in Venmar DUO ERVs brings fresh air into your home from the outdoors with every cycle, pre-conditioning it with the heat energy in the stale air it expels from your home. Balances Indoor Moisture Levels
The ERV allows moisture to permeate the core's heat exchanger surface, bringing more moisture into your home in the winter heating months and less moisture into your home in the summer during cooling season.

Recirculation Defrost Cycle
Venmar DUO series units occasionally need to defrost their internal core due to condensation buildup on the heat exchanger surfaces. A separate operation mode is included for this purpose which circulates warm air from your home throughout the unit, melting any frozen condensate in the process.

Equalizes Indoor and Outdoor Pressure
