- During power outages, you have a lot to worry about, but your heater won't be an issue. The heater requires no electricity for operation.

- With matchless pilot ignition, the guess work is taken out of lighting the heater. By sealing the pilot and igniter away from dirt and debris, the electronic igniter lights the heater safely and reliably.
- Vent Limit Safety Switch
- The vent limit safety switch is equipped on all vented heaters. This turns off the unit in case the vent is blocked, protecting your family from carbon monoxide and fires.

Williams' burners are engineered for quiet operation and maximum heat efficiency. A thermostat does not come included with this unit. The Williams P322016 thermostat is compatible and can be found under the "Accessories" tab. Alternatively, any standard millivolt thermostat can be used.

I upgraded from a 20,000 btu Williams space heater closed box to this one. It's because as a child I grew up in a house with a Moores open front space heater I loved. This one is like my childhood memories of warming up in front of it. However, I need to move the dogs out of the way as they love it too. This unit was well packaged when delivered, installed like a dream and has been working flawlessly since installed.

It seams to be a wonderful heater. Just got it hooked up recently so haven't had it for long. Though I must say it looks GREAT, and heats up the house more than I thought it would. It is quiet, and a very simple type unite. Looks like it is very durable, and that it will last for years! Thank You!!

Its a good heater. It puts out good heat when it's on.
The heater does have the beautiful fireplace look when it's on.
And its very light weight.
It is a little noisy when it's heating up.
Only major issue I'm having is that the room gets cold before the heater turns itself back on. I have to push the dial to almost 90 degrees to get the heater to turn on.
I think that the millivolt thermostat probably needs to be adjusted.
Instructions don't tell you how to make this adjustment.
I wish the heater had a built in thermostat like my old gas furnace did. Just turn the knob and heater comes on. And when you turn the Knob down a little bit of heat continues to come out until you turn the knob completely off.
