- Sealed Combustion
- Rather than using indoor air to fuel combustion, the Williams direct vent pulls intake air directly from the outdoors. This means the heat your furnace generates isn't fed back into the system, maximizing efficiency.
- Counterflow Blower System
- The Forsaire furnace has a counterflow blower system that takes air from the ceiling and blows the warm air at the floor. This allows for the heat to be evenly distributed throughout the room.
- Safe Pilot Ignition
- With matchless pilot ignition, the guess work is taken out of lighting the furnace. By sealing the pilot and igniter away from dirt and debris, the electronic igniter lights the furnace safely and reliably.
- Vent Limit Safety Switch
- The vent limit safety switch is equipped on all Forsaire furnaces. This turns off the unit in case the vent is blocked, protecting your family from carbon monoxide and fires.

- All Vent Materials Needed for a 9" Thick Wall
Safety is no worry with this furnace, having a matchless pilot igniter and sealed combustion chamber requiring no inside air. Whether recessed into the wall or surface mounted, the soft-white powder coated finish provides a discrete durable finish that blends into any home's decor.
Product Note
A thermostat does not come included with this unit and is required. The Williams P322016 thermostat is compatible and can be found under the "Accessories" tab. Alternatively, any standard millivolt thermostat can be used.

Everything good to say about this unit EXCEPT the installation manual needs tp be updated as there are errors. Page 14 states that the supplied air inlet and vent tube can be used on walls with a thickness up to 8.5 inches. I found that on walls that thick an extra kit. (number 9806) would need to be used. My wall was 5 and 3/4 inches thick and the supplied tubes just made the distance with a little extra length for caulking of the air tube and my vinyl siding. My unit was surface mounted. After making several phone calls to Williams we got no help at all. Fortunately eComfort customer service had Bob D return. a call and he was very sure the supplied tubes would work for our installation. He was correct. Bob is a very valuable asset for your company, hang on to him at all costs! It was so nice to speak with someone who knew the 4007332 and probably installed a few of those units. Our original unit (model 400DVI NAT) was purchased from Sears Roebuck 31 years ago and was installed by field cutting the two tubes based on the installation manual directions and starting with two supplied tubes that were longer than needed. No phone calls needed to be made 31 years ago and installation was pretty straight forward. NN

my old uunit was about 40 years old and i only had to replace about 3 thermocouples in that time. only reason i replaced it was thae gas vavle was suspicious..

This unit is made of quality metal. Easily snaps in place. It sends heat to the right and left and in the front. I received it very fast the fastest that I have received any ordered item. The price was competitive. And it was in stock most places had to order it before I could get it.

had one for almost 30 yrs
its a very good heater and effecient also warm air comes in at top and blows out bottom so dont have to warm cold air
only thing on this new one it makes a viberation noise when it goes on the high speed
