Furnace failed to show up so I called the company and the customer service was just super. I also contact FedEx on that Friday and they did some investigation and found that the shipping tag had fallen off. They fixed that and got the furnace right out to the my delivery address. I got right on the phone again with eComfort and they were able to stop the shipping of another furnace. Both companys did a nice job and were very helpful.

I definitely recommend getting this kit if you are replacing your wall furnace. It has been my experience in replacing these heaters that you are generally going to be replacing a unit that is 20-30 years old. The ductwork is generally as old as the heater you are replacing and often is even older! Do yourself a favor and open up the stud cavity on one side and replace your ducting while you are replacing your heater. This kit makes it all very simple and ensures that you have safe ductwork inside your wall cavity. This kit will get your oval b vent through the stud cavity where you can switch it to standard 4 inch round b vent in the attic with the included adapter. Don't risk not having what you need to do the job, get this kit!

This kit makes install a breeze and will save a lot of frustration. Only thing I wish is it came in two versions one with only a single piece of the 24" oval pipe.
