Very well thought out package. Everything that I needed to complete the installation was included in the box. The backup pump and floats fit in my existing sump with my existing Zoellar pump. Controller was easy to install. Wires just plug in and was easy to connect to the Cloud .

Mates Purge Toy With My Zoeller M78 Pump

It mates perfectly with my Zoeller m78 pump. All the parts I needed were supplied. Just needed tools and pvc glue. I install was easy and worked. I did have to adjust the float and high water float a few times and change their location so that my discharge pipes into the sump aren’t ever flooded ( even at the high water mark). The high water float forces the dc pump on as well as sounds an alarm. This protects against a float malfunction on the dc pump.
It did take multiple tries to get the controller setup on my wifi. The process was producing an error message . I double checked all my names and passwords after the first error. On the fourth or fifth try it worked.
It has completed a couple of self tests and sends me real-time email notifications and to the mobile app as well. You get a full diagnostic report. So if you have a float fault that isn’t fixed with a reset, you could get a neighbor or relative to take care of it while your gone.

Added this to my non-switched Zoeller N57, with a LevelGuard switch. Installation was easy the Zoeller Youtube video was very helpful.
The backup pump is whisper quiet with plenty of capacity. The redundancy on the switches is good: my Level Guard + backup float switch + backup-backup high-level reed switch.
The smart WiFi controller set-up was easy, connecting to my mesh router, and using the app on my iPhone and iPad. Follow the instructions. (Note: I confirmed my WiFi signal in this corner of the basement before purchasing.) A few account functions are limited to using a Windows PC this is noted in the instructions.
This WiFi-enabled controller is pricey, but works great. I wanted the connectivity to understand what’s happening with the power outages, back-up pump operation, and battery conditions. Several notifications and alerts are available and weekly testing confirmations are great. Connectivity has been solid since the installation. I emailed Zoeller to clarify a couple of things on the ZControl Cloud alerts. Elliot was prompt and had great technical know-how on the controller.
