- A compressor covered in a high-density sound blanket with the addition of a two-speed ultra-quiet ECM motor, makes for an extremely quiet air conditioner.

- A two-stage Copeland® UltraTech™ scroll compressor provides the GSXC18 with incredibly reliable refrigerant flow. The two stage compressor increases efficiency by allowing the compressor to operate at a lower capacity when your demand is low.
- Filter Drier
- A filter drier is installed in the liquid line of the air conditioner to remove moisture and trap impurities. This prevents corrosion, freezing, and blockages that can negatively impact the operation of the air conditioner.
- Secure Cabinet
- The cabinet of the GSXC18 is built to last. Galvanized steel construction, a durable powder paint finish, and a steel coil guard protect your equipment from wear and tear, increasing its longevity.

- Goodman's evaporator coils use a reliable all-aluminum design featuring sine fins and grooved tubes. This design maximizes surface area and optimizes heat transfer for efficient comfort.
- Durable Evaporator Coil
- A galvanized, embossed, and insulated cabinet protects the evaporator coil and prevents air leakage, providing superior efficiency over years of use.
- ComfortAlert™
- The included ComfortAlert™ compressor diagnostics module reduces the average time of maintenance calls and virtually eliminates misdiagnoses by experienced technicians, saving you money throughout the life of the air conditioner.
- ComfortBridge™ Compatible
- The GSXC18 is compatible with Goodman's ComfortBridge™ communicating controls. ComfortBridge™ control streamlines the installation and maintenance processes by automatically detecting your equipment and providing diagnostics.
- Extended Warranty

The Goodman GSXC1836CAPF4961C6-V kit includes an outdoor condenser and evaporator coil to complete your home's central air system. The powerful GSXC18 air conditioner features an advanced condenser coil design that provides efficient and reliable cooling. The CAPF4961C6 evaporator coil fits directly onto your existing 21" furnace or air handler cabinet, allowing conditioned air to be circulated into your home. The GSXC18's galvanized steel construction paired with the all-aluminum evaporator coil design ensures your cooling system stays effective and efficient for years to come.
